These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 247primemedical.com and the supply of products and services by 247 Prime Medical LLC, a medical equipment supplier registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By browsing the website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Quotations and orders

An enquiry submitted through our website is a request for information, not an order. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or for 30 days where no period is given.

Product information and pricing

We work to keep specifications, images and prices accurate, but they are provided for guidance and may change without notice. Product images are illustrative, and manufacturers may revise specifications. Where a listed price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you before proceeding rather than fulfil the order at that price. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, delivery and installation.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quotation or invoice. For institutional and bulk orders we can agree credit terms in advance. Goods remain the property of 247 Prime Medical LLC until payment is received in full.

Delivery and installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock, specification and location within the UAE. Where installation or commissioning is included, we will agree a date with you in advance. Please make sure the site is accessible and ready, as re-attendance may be chargeable.

Warranty and after-sales support

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the period stated at the time of sale. Warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect use, unauthorised modification or servicing by a third party. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) are available and are governed by their own agreement.

Returns and cancellations

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund. Products made or configured to your specification, and hygiene-sensitive items that have been used, cannot be returned unless faulty. Cancellation of a confirmed order may incur costs already committed on your behalf.

Reviews and submissions

Reviews and testimonials you submit may be published after moderation. Please keep submissions honest, accurate and respectful. We may decline or remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 247 Prime Medical LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, business or data — arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
